Company History
2018 – Founding concept
The idea for Struktura emerged from a collaboration between a site manager and a technical draftsman, aiming to improve the planning and coordination of small residential construction projects.
2019 – Company establishment
Struktura was formally founded, initially focusing on building permit planning for single-family homes and small residential extensions in Lower Austria.
2020 – Expansion of services
The company expanded its scope to include construction coordination and on-site project support, moving toward an integrated planning-and-execution service model.
Growth in Scope and Partnerships
2021 – Development of partner network
A network of trusted trade contractors (carpentry, electrical, plumbing) was established, enabling more seamless project delivery from design to execution.
2023 – Transformation into a GmbH
The company was restructured and introduced more standardized internal workflows and digital planning methods.
